De data are collected and saved in order to be able to reply to your request.

Where is your data saved?
Your data is saved on a local, protected PC in our office and may be on a protected cloud server of Highrise.
The servers of Highrise are located in the United States. So your data may be transmitted and processed in the U.S.; which will be done in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and within a contract between Highrise and ErgoS conforming the GDPR

We apply adequate technical means to protect your data from getting lost and from other illegal processing. These means, amongst others an SSL certificate, provide a safety level appropriate for the data being processed.
